Essential Pharma Appoints Georgina Mason as Human Resources Manager

Egham, UK – Essential Pharma, an international specialty pharma company focused on maintaining access to well-established, “at risk” products essential to patients across multiple therapeutic areas, announces the appointment of Georgina Mason as Human Resources Manager. 

Georgina has over 20 years of Senior Human Resource experience building dynamic, high performing teams across the Life Sciences and Financial sectors. With extensive expertise from Senior Management roles, she joins Essential Pharma from Bausch + Lomb where she worked for close to a decade with increasing responsibility in a dynamic and growing organisation. 

Her most recent role included overseeing organisational development following the 2013 acquisition by Bausch Health. Prior to her role as HR Manager, Georgina worked as Senior Human Resources and Recruitment Business Partner where she supervised the full employee lifecycles for nearly 200 staff members.

Before joining Bausch + Long, Georgina worked at Bloomberg LP as an HR Business Partner, managing employee relations and resource planning aligned to business development and corporate responsibility. She holds a BA Honours in Sociology and Psychology from Leicester University.
